Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advanced to avoid a cancellation charge of the FULL service. If you are late more than 15 minutes and it results in needing to reschedule you will still be charged. I understand that things happen but unfortunately too many people have taken advantage and I do need to collect payment for ALL last minute cancellations.
